Wohnen am Gattenhöferweg
Energy efficiency and quality of living
Appealing architectural design, quality of construction, quality of life – these are the primary goals of the project in Oberursel. Particular focus is also put on the aspects of sustainability and energy efficiency: the buildings receive local heat via an in-house underground cogeneration unit and fulfill the Energy Standard KfW 70.
Classical, practical floor plan
The houses, with their full-length basements, can have four or five rooms and are arranged on the property in such a way that the sunny terraces and gardens face southwest for optimum daylight. Each house has two carports with planted rooftops; the eye-pleasing colors integrate perfectly with the density of plants and trees into the natural overall picture.
Feature furnishings of the complex
All the floors have underfloor heating, emitting warmth via the solid oak parquet. The windows are triple glazed and fitted with motor-driven blinds. The high-quality furnishings of the daylight baths also meet the highest expectations.
More information
The houses have already been sold, but you will find in-depth information about the project on this website: www.gattenhoeferweg.de.
